Bug bash post…

…and a couple flaws in the rss feed creation that seem to not be pulling from the config correctly either…

Well, the code base for the two sites is the same again (finally). Which means it’s time for a feature freeze so I can fix some bugs in the configure settings and the admin panel. That will wait till this weekend though. I’ll have a bit of time on my hands well Kris is at work…

Anyway, I’m off to bed…

So, I ended up on call today so I didn’t have to go into the office. I put angstridden back up so I can get the two sites back on the same code tree. I’ll probably work on that later tonight. Right now I have some work that I started last night well very drunk that I want to finish.

It has to do with submitting prints over at deviantart ( http://www.deviantart.com ). The submit process has been fsck’d for quite a while now and I wanted to know why. So, after some poking around I figured out the part were it’s getting screwed and a possible (and a bit complicated) way around it.

If want you can take a look at the test of the flash app I did ( http://www.shindakun.net/test.php ). Don’t bother hitting submit though it will just bring you back to this page.

It’s been a while since I’ve really looked over here at shindakun dot net. I’ve been busy as hell… Between work (both in NY and NJ), trying to find time to go to Albany, concerts, xbox, movies and drinking I just don’t seem to have enough time.

Amgstridden is shut off at the moment to give it a well needed rest I’ve pushed that little system to it’s limits and I decided it was time to put some more memory into it.

I am going to take some time tonight to get some of the site srchive put together. Thanks to the internet archive’s way back machine ( http://web.archive.org ) I was able to get a bunch of the site starting at the first post way back in August of 2002.

Well, I guess I’ll get started getting those entries into the mysql db.
