According to gamesindustry.biz Headfirst Productions is in trouble.  The developer of ‘Dark Corners of the Earth‘ and (the probably not upcoming) ‘Destiny’s End’ is citing the demise of Hip Games for their troubles.  The Hip fiasco wasn’t the first problem for the little studio with Cthulhu sized dreams.  Dark Corners of the Earth was plagued with troubles on it’s path to market – going though the hands of several publishers before finally making it to store shelves.  DCoTE isn’t a masterpiece but it is a fine game.  It is a sad day…
